Tilly’s Cottage is very spacious, benefiting from three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The patio area at the rear looks towards the duck ponds and rolling countryside beyond. Look out for the hens and ducks as they patrol the grounds.

Ground floor:

Enclosed hallway leading to cottage – useful for storing boots and coats. Open-plan living/dining-room with wood-burning stove and modern fitted kitchen area.

French Door leading from the lounge onto the patio and barbecue area. Double bedroom – twin or double (6ft zip & link beds) with large en-suite shower room/W.C.

First floor:

Large twin-bedded room with views towards the orchard.

Spacious double bedroom with seating area overlooking lawns and duck pond.

Bathroom/W.C with over-bath shower.

Outside:

This cottage has wonderful views of the old cider orchard, the duck ponds, as well as the manicured lawns and countryside beyond.
