Tike’s Cottage combines the cottages of Tilly’s & Drake’s which have a common hallway and are very spacious, benefiting from two double bedrooms one double/twin bedrooms, and two twin bedrooms (one with bunk beds) and
three bathrooms (one en-suite).

Ground floor:

Enclosed hallway leading to both cottages – useful for storing boots and coats. Open-plan living/dining-rooms with wood-burning stove and two modern fitted kitchen areas.

French Door leading from the lounge onto the patio and barbecue area. Double bedroom – twin or double (6ft zip & link beds) with large en-suite shower room/W.C.

First floor:

Large twin-bedded room with views towards the orchard.  Further twin room (bunk beds) also with views towards the orchard.

Two spacious double bedrooms with seating area overlooking lawns and duck pond.

Two Bathrooms/W.C one with over-bath shower other with separate bath and shower.

Outside:

This cottage has wonderful views of the old cider orchard, the duck ponds, as well as the manicured lawns and countryside beyond.

The patio area at the rear looks towards the duck ponds and rolling countryside beyond.  Look out for the hens and ducks as they patrol the grounds.
