Once a barn and milking parlour, Cobo cottage is our newest conversion. Although the core of the structure is 400yrs old the interior is contemporary, spacious and comfortable, with high quality fittings. The upside down nature of the cottage allows for lovely rural views from the large windows at each end of the first floor living area. Cobo cottage had the benefit of oil-fired under-floor heating throughout.
Ground floor:
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms sleeping six people (one double & two twin) ? the master having an en-suite fully travertine tiled shower room, a fully travertine tiled house bathroom with shower over bath, a small utility/boot room (with extra fridge/freezer) and a spacious slate tiled hallway.
First floor:
The first floor living area is reached by a low-lit oak staircase. The beamed apex ceiling adds to the feeling of space and comfort. The kitchen comprises high quality appliances/fittings and granite worktops while the dining and sitting areas provide comfortable spaces for eating and relaxing.
Cobo cottage sits in its own large, private, garden with paved courtyard and has easy access to the pool complex and all site amenities.
